In addition, YOUffiliate automatically labels ad messages “(ad)” in an effort to make it clear to end-users that these are advertisements. We also ask our affiliates to create accurate and honest ads so our advertisers are rightly represented. We take these guidelines very seriously, and in implementing these measures, we seek to fully comply with the recent FTC guidelines regarding online endorsements.

YOUffiliate works with a selective pool of affiliates who take pride in their on line establishments. Our affiliates include musicians, artists, dancers, bloggers, and other Internet personalities. We recognize that our affiliates are already well-respected in their communities, and we seek to protect and promote this respect by ensuring that they can post quality ads. We will not work with affiliates who leverage disputable methods of posting ads, such as automated (spam) messages, or re-posting at unusually high rates. Our compliance team monitors ad activities; dishonesty and violation of our business conduct will result in account suspension until the problem is rectified.
