Our dedicated team consumes countless energy drinks (thanks to Costco) brainstorming creative methods to meet the unique needs of each advertising campaign. andrew waage, founder / chief technology beethoven

Andrew first experienced the thrill of being a start-up entrepreneur when he was named “Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year” and featured in the Los Angeles Times at the age of 13! He then graduated with a degree in electrical engineering and computer science from UC Berkeley and has been building Internet applications for more than 10 years. He has played a pivotal role in creating several highly scalable products, including a video advertising solution, dynamic coupon platform, and most recently, a popular online fax service. Aside from being a techie, he crams his home recording studio with 3 guitars, 3 keyboards, 4 electric violins, and most recently added a new ukulele to the family! He loves to write music, and was first inspired to create YOUffiliate as an affiliate platform for independent musicians.

jerry jao, founder / chief strategy marco polo

As a child actor, Jerry was first cast as a children’s news anchor at the age of 9. He has since been involved in performance arts, and performed with bands and dance groups. He obtained his Business degree from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, where he also chaired and performed with an award-winning hip hop, swing, and jazz dance troupe for 4 years. He then further pursued graduate studies in strategic planning at Yale University. Jerry's professional experience stems from management consulting, banking, corporate strategy, and advertising with KPMG Consulting, Morgan Stanley, Target, and most recently Clear Channel Radio. An avid traveler, Jerry has visited 36 countries and lived in 7 of them, and he wants to explore more! He is also an amateur photographer whose art work is featured in a permanent exhibit in San Antonio, Texas. Jerry is excited to show what YOUffiliate can do for YOU!
